2. The data controller is Metatłumacz Łukasz Węglarek, with its registered office at ul. Zbójnicka 7B/4, 71-020 Szczecin, Tax ID No. (NIP) 852-257-09-47.

Out of concern for security of the entrusted data, the Controller takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Clients’ personal data from unauthorised access, loss or damage. Only authorised persons who are obliged to maintain confidentiality of the information have access to personal data.
4. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the Client’s consent or on the basis of legal provisions, when the Controller is entitled to process the data in order to perform an agreement.
5. The Controller collects information about Clients and their behaviour by means of data voluntarily entered in forms and cookies.
6. The Controller collects the information provided by the Client voluntarily.
7. Clients’ personal data is processed for the purpose of processing orders for translation services and conducting the Controller’s business.
8. Personal data left on the Controller’s website will not be sold or made available to third parties in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
9. The Client shall have, within the limits of the law, the following rights in relation to his/her personal data:

  • the right of access to the personal data,
  • the right to correct and delete the personal data,
  • the right to restrict the scope of the processing of the personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of the personal data (where the personal data is processed under a legitimate interest),
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of the personal data, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal,
  • the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the personal data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used format suitable for machine reading.

10. The Client using the Controller’s website has the right to lodge a complaint with President of the Personal Data Protection Authority in the event of a breach of the applicable laws on the processing of personal data.
11. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy, which may result from the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the data protection laws and the development of the Website. Any changes will be clearly and comprehensibly communicated.
